Artist. Coach. Facilitator.

“Cultivating nourishment, joy, and curiosity as pathways to deeper awareness, meaningful connection, and authentic leadership”

I am Myriam.

I am an artist, coach, and facilitator.

My work is grounded in a simple belief:

When we better understand ourselves, we gain more choice in how we live, lead, create, and relate to others.

Through the guiding practices of nourishment, joy, and curiosity, I help people deepen their awareness of themselves and the ways they move through the world. Together, we explore patterns, assumptions, and behaviors with openness and compassion, creating space for new insights and possibilities to emerge. By reconnecting with what nourishes us, honoring what brings us joy, and approaching life with curiosity, we build stronger relationships, make intentional choices, and lead from a place that is grounded, authentic, and aligned with our values.

Through thoughtful conversation, reflective practices, creativity, and honest inquiry, I create spaces where people can explore challenges with curiosity.

As a coach, I offer a partnership rooted in curiosity, trust, and practical reflection. I ask questions that help people uncover new perspectives, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

As a facilitator, I design and guide experiences that encourage meaningful conversation, deeper listening, and authentic connection. Whether working with leaders, teams, educators, or communities, I create conditions where people can, learn from one another, and engage beautiful questions.

As an artist, I explore many of these same themes through color, texture, and expression. My creative practice reminds me that growth is rarely linear and that beauty can emerge from complexity, contradiction, and change. Color, for me, is both inheritance and liberation—a way of exploring identity, possibility, and joy.

Across all of my work, I am interested in supporting people becoming more aware, and more intentional.

And I believe that when people feel seen, heard, and understood, they are better able to navigate change, and enrich relationships with themselves and others.

I create the conditions for insight, reflection, and meaningful action.
